How to use this course
This course is divided into 6 days.
Each Day you will complete a Mindset Worksheet and a Meditation.
If you have any auditions or performances coming up, I recommend choosing a Visualization from the "Visualizations" section at the end of the course outline to complete in addition to the Meditations. The more often you do the Visualizations the more effective they will be for reducing your overall performance anxiety!
You can repeat any part of this course as often as you want. You will have access to it for 2 years!
