My mission is to help you heal your relationship with food and your body and to teach you how to make healthy changes mindfully for longterm health and wellbeing. No 6 week shredding challenges here!

It is possible to free yourself from the guilt and shame surrounding what you eat and how much you weigh. Both food and bodyweight have no moral value. By viewing both food and your body neutrally with compassion you can develop control over your habits and improve your mental and physical wellbeing.

I practice a philosophy of Radical Acceptance. All bodies deserve love, regardless of size or shape. You can accept your body while still making lasting changes to improve your physical and mental health. One must accept what is before it can be changed.

What does the coaching process look like?
  1. an initial consultation via zoom, phone, or email to determine your personal challenges, goals, motivations, and systems regarding your nutrition
  2. an intake questionnaire to share any other important information with me
  3. a weekly "check-in" day and time for which you will complete short weekly assignments such as food diaries and logs
  4. weekly evaluation of your systems, mindset, and data to determine adjustments for the coming week
  5. voluntary participation in weekly group coaching seminars with me where you can connect with others who share your challenges


How do I schedule my initial consultation?

Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions from me on how to book a time for our initial consultation.


Do I have to want to lose weight to do nutrition coaching?

No! There are many reasons to work with a nutrition coach, losing weight being just one of them. Food is fuel and is required for all internal growth and healing processes. We can work together to make healthy adjustments to your diet to promote longevity, energy, and overall physical and mental wellbeing without any focus on the scale.


Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?

In most cases, refunds are not available. However, if you are unsatisfied with your coaching, you may cancel your subscription at any time. I recommend a minimum of 3 months of coaching to achieve measurable results.
